Richard has spent 30 years working across all asset classes in the investment management industry. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of Pendal Australia (formerly BT) and prior to this was Chief Investment Officer of Aware Super (formerly First State Super) and Group Executive at Perpetual Investments. During this time, he contributed extensively to the industry’s professional bodies by being President of CFA Society of Sydney and serving on a number of boards at the Financial Services Council and ASFA.
Richard currently holds a range of non-executive director roles, including as Chair of Impact Investing Australia, Investment Committee Director of the Northern Territory Aboriginal Investment Corporation and as a member of the NSW Government Social Impact Expert Advisory Group.
