We are Redwheel.

We invest with conviction for long-term client outcomes.

Conviction at our core

We are a specialist, independent investment organisation that invests with conviction for long-term client outcomes, empowering experienced fund managers to act on their best ideas within a resilient, client‑centric framework.

Strategy spotlight:
Global Intrinsic Value at Redwheel

Autonomy

Our fund managers have the freedom to act on their convictions, empowering them to pursue the investment ideas they back most strongly.
We strongly believe that active fund managers should be given the freedom to deliver the best possible long-term outcomes for clients.

Independence

Our management team is independent from our investment teams, ensuring no single viewpoint dominates the firm. We explore the market with an open mind, uncovering possibilities with the freedom and structure to act on them for our clients.

Ownership

As a private and majority employee-owned structure we have built a strong and stable organisation that is both long term and reliable.
We are able to focus on client success and build sustainable relationships

Behind the wheel

Established in 2000, we embarked on a bold mission: to empower exceptional fund managers with the freedom to act on their convictions and create enduring value for clients. 25 years on, we remain true to that ambition, having turned courage into client success for over two decades.

Behind the wheel we have over 151 people aligned to that goal, with 49 dedicated investment professionals across seven investment teams, managing over $22.6bn* and specialising in active equities and convertible bonds, investing with conviction to capture compelling opportunities.
